SECTION 1 — Course Terms of Use


1. Access to Digital Courses & Materials


When you purchase a course from Ethereal House of Jewellery Design, you receive personal, non-transferable access to:

    •    Video lessons

    •    PDF guides

    •    Brush sets

    •    Templates

    •    Digital downloads

    •    Supporting resources


You are purchasing access only, not ownership of the content.


Your access lasts for the lifetime of the course, subject to the continued operation of our website and platform.



2. Intellectual Property Rights


All course materials — including artwork, images, videos, designs, digital products, files, and written content — are original works owned by Samantha Kelly.


Under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you are not permitted to:

    •    Copy, record, screenshot, or film the course

    •    Download or redistribute videos

    •    Share files, templates, brushes, or PDFs

    •    Upload course content to social media, YouTube, or other websites

    •    Sell, gift, or transfer access to others

    •    Claim any part of the course or artwork as your own


Any unauthorised use may lead to account suspension and legal action.



3. Login & Account Security


You agree to:

    •    Keep your login details private

    •    Not share your account with others

    •    Use your account for personal study only


If we detect account sharing or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund.



4. Lifetime Access Clarification


“Lifetime access” means:

    •    Access for the life of the course

    •    Access for as long as the website and hosting platform continue to operate

    •    Access for as long as the course remains available for sale


We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire course content as needed.



5. No Refunds


All digital products and courses are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Once access is granted, the product cannot be returned.

SECTION 2 — Student Code of Conduct


Ethereal House of Jewellery Design is a professional, respectful learning environment.

By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following standards:



1. Respectful Communication


Students must communicate respectfully with:

    •    Samantha Kelly

    •    Support staff

    •    Other learners (if applicable)


Abusive or harassing messages will not be tolerated.



2. No Sharing or Redistribution


Students must not:

    •    Share course content publicly

    •    Distribute files or downloads

    •    Upload course materials elsewhere

    •    Sell or reuse our artwork for commercial purposes


This includes:

    •    Videos

    •    Brushes

    •    Templates

    •    Files

    •    PDFs

    •    AI-enhanced artwork

    •    Screenshots



3. Ethical Use of Skills


Students may use the techniques learned in the course to create their own jewellery designs, artwork, and client commissions.


Students may not:

    •    Recreate our training materials

    •    Teach our course content as their own

    •    Use our course structure or templates to build competing products

    •    Copy our example artworks for commercial sale



4. Breach of Conduct


If a student violates these terms, we reserve the right to:

    •    Suspend access

    •    Remove access permanently

    •    Report infringement (DMCA)

    •    Pursue legal remedies


No refunds will be issued for breaches of conduct.



SECTION 3 — Accessibility Statement


Ethereal House of Jewellery Design is committed to providing a website and learning experience that is accessible and usable for all students.



1. Our Commitment


We strive to:

    •    Use clear fonts and readable colour contrast

    •    Provide video content that is easy to follow

    •    Present instructions in step-by-step format

    •    Offer downloadable written guides for reference

    •    Continuously improve accessibility where possible



2. Known Limitations


As a small business, some features may not yet meet full WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

However, we aim to resolve issues promptly when identified.
