MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS:
These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription to the monthly membership services provided by Ethereal House of Jewellery Design through our website, www.etherealhouseofjewellerydesign.com.au . By subscribing to our Monthly Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Membership Overview
Our Membership provides subscribers with access to exclusive content, training, webinars, tools, etc on a recurring monthly basis.
Billing and Payment
• Membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis.
• Payments are automatically charged to your selected payment method on the same day each month.
• You authorise us to store your payment information and automatically charge your card until you cancel your subscription.
• All prices are listed in AUD.
Cancellation, Timing, Billing and Refund Policy
• You may cancel your Membership at any time via your account settings.
• We do not offer refunds for any monthly fees already paid, except where required by law.
• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will continue to have access to membership content and services through the remainder of your paid period.
• No further payments will be charged to your account after the cancellation takes effect.
It is your sole responsibility to manage and cancel your membership if you no longer wish to be billed. Failure to cancel in time will result in continued charges, which will not be refunded.
Example: If your billing date is the 1st of each month and you cancel on the 10th, your access will continue until the 30th/31st (end of that billing cycle), and no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
No Refund Policy
• We do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used membership periods, change of mind, or unused content.
• All payments are non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
Changes to Membership
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Membership features or pricing at any time. If changes materially affect your Membership, we will notify you in advance. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
• Share or resell access to your Membership account.
• Use the Membership in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes on others’ rights.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content provided through Membership without our express permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Membership without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. If terminated for cause, you are not entitled to a refund.
Reactivation After Cancellation
You may reactivate your membership at any time by logging into your account and resubscribing. Please note that any previous promotional pricing or discounts may not apply upon reactivation.
